RankMyPin provides free, web-based marketing tools powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist with Pinterest strategy, keyword research, copywriting, and analytics interpretation.

No Professional Advice: The content and outputs generated by our tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before using it for your business.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

RankMyPin relies on third-party AI models and services to generate outputs. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
  • No Performance Guarantees: We do not guarantee results such as traffic growth, rankings, revenue, or account performance. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
  • Third-Party Processing: Inputs you provide are transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to generate outputs. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. RankMyPin Property

All software, code, design elements, branding, interfaces, and underlying systems are the exclusive property of RankMyPin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service
  • Use automated systems to extract data
  • Attempt to bypass technical safeguards

B. Ownership of Generated Output

You retain ownership of the content generated for you using the Service. You may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, including client work.

RankMyPin does not claim ownership over your generated results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with site functionality
  • Use the Service to generate illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Enter sensitive personal data (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or government IDs)

6. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

RankMyPin is supported through affiliate partnerships.

  • Some links on the Service may direct you to third-party products or services.
  • If you purchase through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. In some cases, our links may also provide access to special offers or discounts offered directly by the provider.
  • We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankMyPin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • Inputs are processed only as necessary to generate outputs.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you believe content on RankMyPin infringes your copyright, please contact us with a valid DMCA notice. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us in writing and allowing at least 30 days for resolution.

If unresolved:

  • Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.
  • No Class Actions: Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Exception: Intellectual property claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankMyPin is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
