You can use RankMyPin without creating an account and without providing personal information.

Email communication:
If you email us for support, questions or partnership, we receive your email address and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not added to any mailing list.

Newsletter subscription:
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending updates, educational content, or product announcements related to RankMyPin. We do not sell or share your email address, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Analytics Only)

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve performance and usability.

4. How Tool Inputs Are Processed (Important)

When you use a RankMyPin tool:

  • The text you enter is temporarily processed to generate an output via OpenAI API .
  • That input is not stored, logged, or saved by RankMyPin.
  • Once the result is generated and the page is closed, we no longer retain access to that input.

Some tools rely on third-party AI services to generate responses. These services process the input only to return the requested output, according to their own privacy and security policies.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

Google Analytics

Used to understand overall website traffic and improve the site experience. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

AI Service Providers

Used to generate tool outputs based on user input. RankMyPin does not store your prompts or generated results.

We do not authorize the use of user inputs for marketing or profiling purposes.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

RankMyPin is free to use. To support the project, we may include affiliate links to Pinterest-related tools, marketing tools or services.
